These will be taking place on Thursday. You will receive a text message this week if you are due to have yours While they are taking place throughout the day, you are encouraged to use Enrichment time for this.
Employability Y12 WORK EXPERIENCE
Please continue to seek out Work Experience opportunities. Once you have secured a placement you MUST complete a relevant form, available from the 6th Form Office. An email, from students and/or parents, to let us know what you have decided to do, is not sufficient.

Please note that all Y12s are required to complete 3 of the four modules by (Post-19 Intentions, Activities, Competencies, CV). Please note, this is for all students not just students looking to go to university and these codes are only for Y12.

UCAS – CRUCIAL DEADLINE
1st May 2019 – The date you need to make a decision on your firm and insurance choice if all your universities responded by the 31st March deadline. If UCAS do not receive your responses, they will decline offers on your behalf.
MEMORIES
As mentioned in assembly before Easter, please start sending any photos or memories of your time at St Barts to Mrs Watkins in preparation for your last week of Year 13.

Tickets are now available on ParentPay for 28/6/19 at the Newbury Racecourse £32. Please make sure you indicate if you have any dietary requirements esp if you are vegetarian.

ALL students in BOTH years are required to attend this PD session WITHOUT FAIL
You are required to be part of a whole school survey taking place across West Berkshire at this time.
6th FORM COMMON ROOM
A reminder that the 6th Form area is to be used during lesson time for study only. Please expect to be asked to leave the area during lesson time if you are not studying.
No music to be played during the school day.
RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS!
Students need to be aware that there have been complaints from neighbours about groups of students trespassing into private property at break/lunchtime. The school has agreed that the police should be called if there are further instances of this.
Following complaints from neighbours over the Easter holidays you are reminded that you must not use the school playing fields outside the normal school day unless accompanied by a member of staff for an organised activity.

Wednesday:
Activity time – open to all year groups – 12.30 MUGA – equipment provided – must wear trainers to play
After school club – 3.30 – 4.30 – open tennis club for all ages and abilities – equipment provided
Year 9 & 10 Girls Tennis match vs Queen Annes – team sheet up on PE notice board – meet outside PE office at 3.20 – change at lunch
Thursday: 3.30 – 4.30 – open tennis club for all ages and abilities – equipment provided
Tuesday:
Year 11/6th Form Combined Area Rounder`s Tournament at Kennet – Change at Activity Time
Athletics Practice – Browns Meadow after school – all welcome
Wednesday:
No Rounder`s after school
Thursday:
No Athletics practice after school
