Using the Outlook App to send/receive emails on your phone or tablet
OUTLOOK APP
To access your school email easily through your phone or tablet, you should download the free Outlook app for android or apple.
When you have downloaded it, enter your school email address. You will then be taken to another screen where you will be asked to enter the password (for your email).
I would encourage you to make sure that the account is set up to send notifications when an email arrives

You can find your Independent Study tasks without logging in but you need to log-in to use the system effectively.

You can also download an app for android or apple and manage your Independent Study via your phone.

Biometric registration
You need to ask your parents/carers to complete the Cashless catering – letter to parents 2015 and return it to the facilities office (through the canteen doors by the water machine). You will then have your finger print image will be taken. I would encourage you to also get a PIN which can be used when your fingerprint is not recognised.
From that point onwards when purchasing food/drinks you simply place your finger on the scanner at the till instead of their card. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact either the Facilities Manager or the Business Director.
