About the role:
Our Candidate Engagement Specialists are the first point of contact for candidates applying to our client campaigns, providing an outstanding service to candidates enquiring about opportunities, their applications and interviews, via telephone, email, online chat and social media channels. This role sits as part of the wider client delivery team. It’s a challenging, customer service type role, with lots of opportunities to learn about the different organisations we work for, the recruitment sector, our tools and technologies, plus it’s also a great opportunity to gain an insight into the choice of career paths within our organisation.
About you:
This role is ideal for someone who has just completed their A-Levels, a recent graduate or college leaver, or a gap year opportunity. We’re looking for people that can add real value to the candidate experience. You’ll need to demonstrate:
• you genuinely care about delivering great customer service and be resilient when working under pressure
• great communication – both via email and on the phone
• strong administration and organisational skills
• superb attention to detail
• sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• qualified to A-Level or equivalent
This is an entry level role that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills in a fast paced, inspiring environment; gaining diverse experience from project management through to service excellence. We offer a salary of £16,500 – £17,500 dependant on experience, a great benefits package and a supportive, open and friendly working environment.
